Just got off the phone with Friend #1, and she has brought me evil news. Her and Friend #2 were supposed to visit me this October, but there's been a change of plans and now I'm the one who has to fly over to their side of the country to meet up :(

I saw their weekly ad and they had a Philips 8GB video player on sale for $60, which was REALLY cheap, so I decided to see if it's available at a store near me. My happy news: my friend's going to come and visit me this July! I can't wait! She's maybe staying only for the weekend by whatever! I get the greatest high when I meet up with friends, specially those I haven't seen in a looong time. YAY! Today was nice! The bosses weren't at the office, so everyone was a little more relaxed. There weren't very many miscellaneous things to do, so I got to slow down a bit, clean up my desk a little, and write fic ideas and whatnot in tiny pieces of scratch paper.
